The prices are per room/apartment. The price includes VAT tax, tourist tax, and insurance.
Transfer to Bourgas airport is available and it is extra charged upon agreement.
The payment for the extra services are not calculated in the accommodation final price, hence, these have to be paid during the time of your stay.
Upon a request by a client, the reservation is active exclusively after being confirmed by e-mail or a phone call. The reservation is guaranteed by a prepayment in the amount of one night stay per room.
The prepayment is to be sent via bank transfer.
The payment proof contains the name of the person, who is the reservations is made for and the period of the stay. Anulment is available and free of charge 30 days prior to the date of arrival. In case of annulment after this period, the prepayment of one night stay per room is not to be returned to the client.

Check –out time: before 11:00 a.m.
